Property Management Assistant (Part-Time)

At Urban Habitat, we're growing, and we're looking for someone to join our close-knit property management team. This role has been designed for someone who wants meaningful work, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside our business.

Initially, you'll work:

• Monday & Tuesday

• 9:00am – 2:00pm

You'll support our Property Management team with administration, client communication and day-to-day portfolio support, allowing our Property Managers to continue delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we'd love to increase your days if that's something you're interested in. There will also be opportunities to work additional days from time to time when team members are on leave, so flexibility is appreciated.

• Has previous property management or real estate experience (preferred).

• Is currently registered or working towards their WA Property Management Registration.

• Enjoys building relationships and genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service.

• Is organised, proactive and takes pride in getting the small details right.

• Loves being part of a supportive team and contributes positively to the workplace culture.

• Wants to grow with a business rather than simply fill a position.
