Social & Innovation Executive

About the Role 

OM Content is looking for a talented and driven Executive who is passionate about influencer marketing and bringing innovative social campaigns to life for a leading global brand. 

In this role, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, from talent discovery and outreach through to negotiation, content management and reporting. You'll work closely with a highly collaborative client, as well as internal teams and external partners, to deliver engaging, socially-led campaigns. 

As a Social & Innovation Executive, you'll have the opportunity to work across influencer marketing, emerging technology and digital collaborations, helping to turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns and stay at the forefront of what's next in social. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Supporting end-to-end campaign delivery across social & innovation. 
• Assisting with influencer campaigns, partnerships, and emerging tech activations. 
• Preparing WIPs, timelines, reports, and presentations. 
• Coordinating with partner agencies and stakeholders. 
• Analysing performance data and contributing to insights. 
• Managing meetings and maintaining strong communication across teams. 

What We're Looking For 

• 1+ year experience in media, marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong interest in social media, influencers, and digital innovation. 
• Highly organised with great attention to detail. 
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people. 
• Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
