About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced a senior data analyst to join a high-performing team within a public sector organization. In this role, you will leverage data to support business decision-making by developing insightful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting, automate processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, transform, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable business insights.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.Write and optimize complex SQL queries and reporting solutions.Gather reporting requirements and support the design, testing, deployment, and enhancement of reporting products.Automate reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and support informed decision-making.Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience with SAS (Enterprise Guide, VIYA, Visual Analytics).Strong SQL programming and data analysis skills.Experience with SAP, particularly the Public Sector Collections & Disbursements module (highly regarded).Previous experience working within Federal Government (NDIS experience highly desirable).Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar BI tools.Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and SourceTree.Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable.
