Our client is a boutique marketing agency specialising in supporting technical and industry-leading businesses across sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and defence. They offer a range of strategic and creative services, acting as an outsourced marketing team to help their clients grow their presence locally and internationally.

They are now seeking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of high-quality visual concepts, brand strategies, and multi-channel creative assets.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

Develop brand strategies, visual concepts, and creative assetsDesign logos and manage brand guidelines from concept through to completionCreate compelling presentations and capability statements

Digital & Web Design

Design websites and UX/UI interfaces, with a focus on WordPress sites and landing pagesProduce creative assets and campaign graphics for social media platformsCreate animations, video edits, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects

Creative Direction & Collaboration

Provide creative direction and art direction across diverse client portfoliosCollaborate closely with account managers, content writers, and project leadsOversee print production and maintain relationships with external print suppliers

Requirements

Proven senior-level experience in graphic design and visual brand executionAdvanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative SuiteIntermediate to advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics, specifically Premiere Pro and After EffectsIntermediate proficiency with WordPress and landing page designExperience translating strategic objectives into compelling visual communicationsStrong client presentation and stakeholder management capabilitiesSolid knowledge of print production processes and supplier management

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, technology, defence, engineering, or industrial sectorsHands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPTExperience using Canva for rapid design tasksFamiliarity with project management and workflow systems, particularly ClickUp
