Based on the beautiful Gold Coast, we are an established custom joinery and interior fitout business specialising in bespoke joinery and furniture for the residential and marine industries.

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and creating custom spaces for our clients. We are now looking for an energetic, reliable and hands-on Factory Hand / Labourer / Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working with their hands and being part of a busy workshop environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a current manual driver's licence

• Holds a current forklift licence

• Has a positive can-do attitude

• Is reliable, hardworking and well presented

• Has strong communication skills

• Works well as part of a team

• Can confidently work independently when required

• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organised

• Has previous experience in a cabinet making, joinery or shopfitting workshop — desirable but not essential

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.

This is a hands-on and varied position supporting our workshop and trades team. Duties will include:

• Wrapping, packing and preparing joinery for delivery

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Pick-ups and deliveries

• Putting stock and materials away

• Assisting tradesmen and the workshop team

• Moving and handling joinery, materials and goods

• General workshop maintenance

• Keeping the workshop clean, tidy and organised

• Sweeping, emptying bins and general housekeeping

• General labouring and other day-to-day workshop duties as required

No two days are necessarily the same, so the ability to jump in, lend a hand and get the job done is important.

You'll be joining a friendly, hands-on team working on high-end custom residential and marine projects. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, being part of a team and seeing the finished result of the work they contribute to.
