Receptionist / Sales Assistant

We are seafood wholesaler and exporter seeks a motivated individual to support the domestic sales market. This full-time position is located at our Richmond head office.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working under pressure.

Once trained, you will be expected to work autonomously, managing your workload according to priority and deadlines.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• In charge of Domestic customers 

• Provide quote, receiving order, invoicing

• To work closely with the Warehouse Manager in the preparation of orders

• Coordinate and work within schedule for order delivery

• Assist with the customer’s account and feedback

• Maintain inventory

• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally

• Answering incoming calls (shared)

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience of working in sales and admin environment

• Knowledge / experience of office administration processes and customer service

• Great attention to detail, with "can do" attitude

• Sound understanding the MS Office suite, i.e. Word & Excel

• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

• Cantonese and Mandarin speaking will be an advantage

Salary package is negotiable based on experience
