The Role

As a Casual Sales Rep, you’ll be front and centre on the shop floor, helping customers gear up for their next adventure while stacking sales.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering standout, customer-first service
• Selling with confidence and hitting daily sales targets
• Recommending the right gear based on customer needs
• Keeping the store stocked, clean and presentation-ready
• Supporting the team during busy trade periods
• Learning our systems, POS and product range

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything. You need the right attitude.

You’re someone who:

• Loves sales and isn’t afraid to talk to people
• Brings energy, confidence and a strong work ethic
• Wants to earn more by performing better
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Is available across the week, especially weekends
• Has retail or customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
• Has 12V or automotive knowledge? Big bonus
