Rotating Transport Supervisor (4 Days on/4 Days off) - DAY Shift

Micway Transport is a fast-paced, temperature-controlled logistics operation, and we're looking for a Day Shift Transport Supervisor who thrives on leading teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping cold chain freight moving safely and on time. What You'll Own

• Leading and coordinating a team of drivers and loaders

• Allocating and scheduling drivers to keep deliveries efficient and on time

• Overseeing warehouse operations and loader performance

• Managing fleet movements in the yard and to/from the maintenance shed or alternate sites

• Championing safety and compliance culture across every shift

• Reporting daily operational updates to senior management, giving you real visibility and influence

What You Bring

• Proven supervisory experience in transport or logistics

• Strong, hands-on leadership and people management skills

• Comfort and consistency working a rotating roster

• Solid Excel and analytical skills — you're the person who trusts the numbers

• A current HC or MC driver's licence (desirable)

• Working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and WHS legislation

• Familiarity with HACCP and NSW Food Safety requirements

• Fatigue management experience, or hold (or be working toward) TLIF0006 – Administer a Fatigue Risk Management System

Highly regarded: supervisory experience in retail or food delivery transport operations, particularly with major supermarket chains.
