• Lead the interface between Construction Teams, Design Consultants and Clients
• Facilitate constructability reviews, design workshops and coordination meetings
• Review designs for compliance, optimisation and constructability
• Monitor design progress, milestones and deliverables
• Support project scoping, estimating, programming and risk management
• Track consultant performance, invoices and forecasting requirements
• Identify and manage design risks, opportunities and project growth
• Support preparation of consultancy agreements (TSA/CSA)
• Contribute to bid management and pre-contract activities
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical)
• Experience in construction project administration and cost control
• Strong understanding of design management within D&C environments
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes
• Commercial awareness and risk management capability
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using platforms such as Civillo, InEight, Aconex, Navisworks or Bluebeam will be highly regarded.
