You will work alongside experienced technicians who are committed to helping you develop your confidence and capabilities both in the field and in the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with soil sampling and field testing at construction and development sites.

• Perform laboratory testing of soil and construction materials under supervision.

• Accurately record test results and assist with the preparation of technical documentation.

• Maintain testing equipment, vehicles and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and relevant industry standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in developing a career in soil testing, construction materials testing or geotechnical services—previous experience is not required.

• A current Australian driver’s licence is an advantage but is not essential.

• A reliable, safety-conscious attitude with good communication skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to undertake practical, outdoor and physically active work in varying site conditions. A White Card is desirable or must be obtained before commencing.
