The Opportunity:
The Faculty of Health Science, Community and Social Studies (HSCSS) offers a progressive and supportive teaching environment across health, science and community services, including our ANMAC-accredited, NMBA-approved Diploma of Nursing, which leads to national registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA and a seamless pathway into the second year of a Bachelor of Nursing. Delivered across our Bourke Street and Moorabbin campuses, the program is enriched by Holmesglen's world-class Simulation Centre – a recognised leader in simulation-based education featuring VR and immersive scenarios – along with strong industry partnerships offering fellowships, cadetships and structured Professional Experience Placements.
This role will provide educational leadership within the Diploma of Nursing program, with a focus on integrating digital learning and simulation technologies into teaching practice. You'll ensure best-practice standards are applied consistently across the curriculum, contribute expert input into the design and delivery of digitally enhanced and simulation-based learning experiences, and mentor fellow educators in the effective use of digital pedagogy to enrich student engagement and clinical preparedness.
