Branch Manager - Doncaster, VIC

Full-time Branch Manager position based in our Doncaster Branch 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm 12 month fixed-term contract

In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

Working quickly and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you doBeing responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and directionDrive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunitiesDelivering a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every timeManaging performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division

You’ll bring to this role:

Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essentialCustomer-centric thinkingAbility to Influence, coach, and work collaboratively your teamA passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mileA keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accuratelyAn appreciation for the inclusion and diversity of our customers and colleagues
