Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Rivareno Gelato Potts Point. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including maintaining high levels of customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets all health and safety regulations.

The Role

Rivareno Gelato is seeking retail managers to provide the best gelato experience for their loyal and dedicated customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store including selling, promoting and advertising goods to customers, stock management, gelato production, operations management

• Supervise and train staff members

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue including setting prices

• Analysis of sales data

• Manage store budgets and financial programs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Management or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu

• Previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 year

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
