Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington. Your impact
As a Crushing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the performance, reliability and optimisation of crushing operations across Newmont's Boddington Gold Mine.
Reporting to the Supervisor Mechanical, you will provide technical expertise and operational support across crushing circuits, working closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to maximise equipment performance, plant reliability and operational efficiency.
Through data analysis, performance monitoring, inspections, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to the optimisation of crushing processes and ensure safe, sustainable, and reliable plant performance.

Your work environment
This role is based at Boddington Gold Mine and may be offered on a range of roster options including 8:6 / 7:7, 8/6 or 5:2 / 4:3, depending on operational requirements and the successful candidate.
Working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Reliability teams, you will provide specialist technical support to one of Australia's largest gold processing operations, helping drive safe, reliable and efficient crushing performance.
Village accommodation is available for the successful candidate, with the option to live locally and commute daily under a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO) arrangement.
