Software Engineer

A high-performing software engineering generalist with a non-zero amount of in-industry, pre-AI experience and some serious, in-the-weeds, post-AI experience.

You might have worked on:

• Large scale web-scraping

• Data lake/warehousing

• Money and/or time-sensitive autonomous systems

You might be comfortable with:

• Commanding fleets of AI agents on multiple projects at once

• Designing sensible and scalable systems

• AWS or similar

You might like:

• Recognising opportunities for technical uplift or solutions, and driving them through to completion

• Working across all layers of software engineering, including infrastructure, data, and systems design

• Using AI as a force multiplier, and building the systems that make it reliably effective

You might be the type to:

• Prove things work, rather than trust that they do

• Advocate for the (perhaps needlessly) optimal approach

• Fix the thing you noticed on the way to the thing you were fixing
