Customer Service Traineeship

ARCway Careers are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Trainee to join a Private Lending Firm based in Norwest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance, gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment and complete a Nationally Recognised Certificate in Business.

The role is an Entry-Level Position - No Previous Experience Required!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assisting customers with their applications and supporting documents
• Supporting the broader team with day-to-day activities
• Updating customer details in the CRM system
• Generating and sending contracts for settlements
• Completing welcome calls with new customers
• Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers
