Calf rearer and Milker (2 positions)

We are a large well established progressive dairy looking for the right person to develop with our already dynamic team.  Milking 2000 cows 3 times daily and located at Bringelly NSW, only an hour south west of Sydney.

Positions are full time with the opportunity for a long term career inside the dairy/cattle industry.

Calf Rearer - We are looking for a caring person who will work well as part of a small team in our 500 head calf rearing facility.  Position involves feeding and vaccinating of calves as well as identifying and monitoring calf health, sorting/drafting and cleaning.

Hours are 6am-3.30pm (1x30 min unpaid break) with 3 days off fortnightly (2 one week, 1 the next)

Milker Night Shift - We are also after a team member for our milking parlour.  Shift available is 12am (midnight)-8.30am or 4pm-12.30am.  No experience required, immediate start.  Applicants must be able to commit to night shift as reliability is imperative.

• Demonstrates a genuine interest in working in agriculture

• Have a genuine interest in animals and their wellbeing

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Be punctual and reliable

• Willing to undertake a Q-Fever test and have vaccination or immunity

• Current driver's licence with access to own transport

• Ability to adhere to safety standards

• Have CURRENT work rights in Australia
