Full-Time Medical Receptionist

Nepean Speech and Occupational Therapy (NSPOT) would love to embrace and support you to becoming our next Client Care Team member extraordinaire!
NSPOT is an established clinic that offers Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy services to children in the greater Penrith area.
Our Client Care Team are an integral part of our business and we have an opening for a Receptionist. You will support our other Client Care Team members in all tasks involved in running the front desk of our clinic. You will help us achieve our collective vision in creating memorable client experiences. We want to help you become the best version of yourself in a fun and supportive environment.
A snapshot of your role:
Greeting clients, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Organising therapists' schedules
Answer, manage and redirect incoming telephone calls
Address and/or distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Banking, scanning, filing, stationery orders
Utilise medical practice software
Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Playing with and colouring in with clients
What you will bring to us:
Excellent time management and organisational skills·
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A flare for creativity
Courteous, effective and efficient customer service skills
Proficiency with Canva, MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Working knowledge of Google docs
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and curious mind
Evidence of COVID vaccination

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
