Loulou is part of Etymon Projects, a hospitality services business pioneering a new level in premium hospitality, luxury accommodation, wellness facilities and retail concepts.

The Role

We are recruiting experienced Bakers who have proven experience with artisan breads to join our Head Baker and team to deliver our excellent and well-loved product to our community.
 
Our boulangerie operates 7 days a week, with production spanning early mornings, daytime and overnight shifts. This role will involve a mix of these shifts, with overnight work required to support our bread production schedule. The position is primarily focused on bread production, so we are only seeking candidates with strong bread experience.

We will also consider qualified Pastry Chefs for roles within the operations.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in the baking industry
• Minimum of 1 year experience in artisan breads
• Great bakery/patisserie product knowledge
• Strong time management skills
• Flexibility to work early morning, daytime and overnight shifts
