Our client is a recently established standalone global organisation undertaking a high-impact business transformation following a major corporate entity change.
Operating across multiple international markets, the business is in an exciting phase of growth and change, focused on building independent systems, processes, governance frameworks, and operating models. About the Role:
This is a highly visible HR Change Projects consulting opportunity supporting a critical transformation and separation program. Reporting to the Regional PMO Lead and working closely with the Head of HR as well as senior business stakeholders, you will provide end-to-end program coordination, governance support, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight across multiple strategic initiatives.
You will play a key role in ensuring program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, issues, and risks remain visible and effectively managed. The position will support major workstreams including systems implementation, new entity establishment activities, governance frameworks, data migration coordination, business readiness, and broader organisational transformation initiatives.
Success in this role will require the ability to rapidly understand complex programs, synthesise information from multiple stakeholders, and present concise and compelling insights to executive audiences. You will operate as a trusted advisor to program leadership while driving accountability and delivery outcomes across a fast-paced and evolving environment.
About You:
You are an experienced HR Org Change / HR Project consultant, or HR transformation specialist, who thrives in complex and high-touch, commercial environments. You are highly organised and comfortable operating across multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You will bring demonstrated experience supporting high-impact transformation programs, enterprise change initiatives, PMO functions, consulting engagements, or strategic business projects. You possess strong governance and reporting capability, with proven expertise across risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and executive reporting.
You are recognised for your ability to influence outcomes without direct authority, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and communicate complex information in a practical and actionable manner. Your analytical capability, resilience, adaptability, and relationship management skills allow you to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum and focus on delivery.
