The Opportunity
Moonee Valley City Council is seeking an experienced and collaborative communications leader to join our Advocacy, Communications and Engagement team as the Coordinator Corporate Communications.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving Council's corporate communications function and ensuring the successful delivery of internal and external communications that inform, engage and connect our community and employees. Leading a talented communications team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver communication initiatives that support Council priorities, strengthen community trust and build meaningful connections with diverse audiences.
With responsibility for communication planning, content development, publications, stakeholder engagement and corporate messaging, you'll help ensure Council's communications are clear, accessible and impactful. You'll also play an important role in supporting business areas across Council to communicate effectively with staff, the community and key stakeholders.
