As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused Senior Finance Account Manager to join our growing team.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for driving equipment financing business growth, supporting sales performance, managing customer financing solutions, and strengthening relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing financing penetration while ensuring effective risk and portfolio management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentPromote and introduce tailored financing solutions to end customers and dealers.Partner closely with direct sales teams and dealer networks to increase financing penetration and support equipment sales growth.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall market expansion strategies.Credit & Risk ManagementConduct preliminary assessments of customer credit applications and support the preparation of credit submissions.Liaise with internal credit teams to ensure efficient approval processes.Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure financed equipment is appropriately covered and compliant with company requirements.Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify potential risk exposures.Collection & Portfolio ManagementMonitor customer repayment performance and follow up on overdue accounts.Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve effective debt recovery outcomes while maintaining positive business relationships.Administration & ReportingPrepare and manage financing agreements and related documentation.Ensure accurate execution and filing of contracts and administrative records.Support headquarters with reporting, analysis, and operational administration tasks.Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment finance, banking, asset finance, or commercial finance.Strong understanding of credit assessment, risk management, and customer relationship management.Experience working with dealer networks or heavy equipment industries is highly regarded.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial awareness with a proactive and results-driven mindset.Chinese Mandarin language skills are essencial to lisaie with HQ.What We OfferCompetitive salary package and performance incentives.Career development opportunities within a global organisation.Dynamic and collaborative working environment.Opportunity to work with a leading international heavy equipment brand.
