We're adding a Project Coordinator to our team in Bunbury.

The opportunity

This is a role for someone who takes real pride in running things properly.

You'll coordinate procurement, documentation and delivery support across multiple live commercial projects. Materials ordered and tracked. Registers current. Suppliers and builders informed. Programme dates known before they become a problem. You'll be the person the project team relies on to have the answer.

Day to day, you'll:

• Coordinate procurement of materials — ordering, tracking and supplier follow up

• Maintain project registers including RFIs, variations, procurement and approvals

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, builders and our site teams

• Keep project documentation accurate, current and properly filed

• Assist with project scheduling, tracking and reporting

• Identify and raise issues, risks and material requirements early

• Support project budget tracking and reporting

• Contribute to how we continue to improve our systems and processes

Essential

• Experience in construction, building, or a trade-based business

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Competent across Microsoft Office — Excel, Word and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience within commercial construction or electrical contracting

• Experience with procurement and supplier coordination

• Experience using project or job management software such as Ascora

• Understanding of project workflows including RFIs, variations and documentation

• Cert IV in Project Management or similar
