About the role
We are looking for Pool Lifeguards to join our team on a casual basis to supervise and oversee customers within the aquatic centre at the Swan Active leisure facility in Midland. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for water safety while ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Reporting to the Aquatics and Operations Supervisor and the Aquatics & Operations Team Leader on shift, Pool Lifeguards will have the important responsibility of maintaining our facilities to the highest standard and overseeing all aspects of aquatic supervision. they will lead by example and inspire the team they work around, maintain pool deck and first aid equipment records, and bring a creative approach to the role.

The hourly rate for this position will be from $17.65 (under 17 years old) to $34.81 (plus 25% casual loading) depending on the age of the successful applicant.
