Purpose of PositionThe SA Regional Manager is responsible for the entire day to day running and operation of the SA Branch, overseeing the financial management and reporting of the Project Division, to hire / promote / mentor / develop, and oversee performance management of the branch employees. The Regional Manager must also ensure sales & market share growth, maintain a high level of customer service, continue successful installations and the profitability of the project division, and ensure the Warehouse is maintained so customers receive their goods in a timely and accurate manner. Liaising with multiple stakeholders, particularly the Management Team and the Directors of Alemlube Pty Ltd, all other branch Regional Managers, and the Head Office team – the Regional Manager is responsible for all facets of the branch, including the employees, stakeholders, sales, inventory and the project division P&L.The Regional Manager’s role is to plan and maintain the operations of the branch working collaboratively with the Operations Manager, whilst being available to liaise with some OS Suppliers, local manufacturers and customers effectively. It is essential to track inventory levels, delivery times and transport costs, liaising with the Warehouse Manager on WHS and inventory.Resolution of complaints and problems with staff, arrange training, coaching and upskilling, and escalate any matters to HR if necessary. Compliance with laws, regulations and WHS requirements is essential, whilst also meeting financial / productivity / accuracy and timeliness targets.

Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in a team management roleTertiary qualification in Business or similarIndustry knowledgeProven successes in managerial rolesStrong communication skillsEffective leadership and mentoring skillsTechnical literacy skillsThe ability to work well under pressure & manage team stressAble to motivate, drive and direct branch staffThe ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamStrong time management skills
