Internals/Fitout Supervisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internals Supervisor to join a highly regarded construction company currently delivering a large value, mixed-use development south of the river.

About the Role

Working alongside a second Fitout Supervisor and two Structural Supervisors, you'll take ownership of finishing trades and quality across this landmark project, reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.

• Manage and coordinate finishing trades across a large-value mixed-use development

• Work collaboratively within an established supervisory team (1 x Fitout Supervisor, 2 x Structural Supervisors)

• Report to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager

• Drive quality, safety and program across all finishing works

• Liaise with subcontractors and trades to ensure a defect-free handover

About You

• Proven experience as a Finishing/Fitout Supervisor on large-scale commercial, residential or mixed-use projects

• Strong understanding of finishing trades, quality control and defect management

• Comfortable operating within a larger, structured supervisory team

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Relevant trade background highly regarded
