Full Moon Roofing Pty Ltd Full Moon Roofing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Roof Plumber to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will undertake a range of roof plumbing works, including the installation, maintenance and repair of metal roofing, flashings and rainwater systems. This role requires strong practical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to completing work safely and to a high standard.

Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunities for career progression and skills development Supportive and professional team environment Work across a variety of roofing projects Task & responsibilities Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications to determine roofing layouts, materials and installation requirements Fabricate and install metal roofing Measure, cut and shape roofing materials to required specifications Fabricate, install, maintain and repair roof flashings Install, maintain and repair rainwater goods, including gutters and downpipes Set out roof plumbing works and determine the appropriate materials and quantities required for each project Inspect metal roofing, flashings and rainwater systems to identify leaks, damage and required repairs Carry out maintenance and repair work on existing metal roofing, cladding, flashings, gutters and downpipes Ensure roofing and rainwater systems are correctly installed to provide effective weatherproofing and drainage Use roof plumbing tools, equipment and materials safely and effectively

Work safely at heights and comply with relevant workplace health and safety requirements Coordinate with supervisors, builders and other trades to ensure roof plumbing works are completed efficiently and in accordance with project requirements Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure completed work complies with relevant plans, specifications and building requirements Qualification & experience Certificate III in Roof Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) preferred, or a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the industry Demonstrated experience in metal roofing, flashings, gutters and downpipes Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of roof drainage, weatherproofing and rainwater systems Good practical, measuring and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, including working safely at heights Relevant registration or licensing as required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time-management skills
