Experienced Conveyancer/ Legal Secretary

A long-established and respected law firm located in The Entrance is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Conveyancer to join our friendly and professional team.

Skills and experience:

• Conveyancing experience essential (Licenced favourable)

• Knowledge of LEAP legal software is an advantage

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise in order to meet deadlines

• Dictation typing and file management

• Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent spelling and grammar

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Positive team mentality and motivated approach

• Requires limited supervision

• Strong communication skill set, particularly telephone and interpersonal skills
