Customer Service Representative (Casual)

$30 per hour | Monday to Friday | North Sydney

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in North Sydney.

As the first point of contact for many of our members, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and looked after.

Our client base consists primarily of experienced investors and retirees, so professionalism, patience and strong communication skills are essential. You'll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, making outbound member service calls, and ensuring any technical or investment-related questions are passed on promptly to our senior advisory team.

This is a customer service position—not a sales role.

Our phones go live at 9:00am each morning, so we ask team members to arrive a few minutes early to get settled and be ready to take calls from the start of the day.

• Be the friendly first point of contact for our members over the phone.

• Answer inbound calls from existing clients.

• Make outbound member service calls to check in with clients and assist where needed.

• Handle client enquiries professionally and with empathy.

• Build rapport with members and provide a high standard of customer care.

• Record questions and requests accurately before passing them to senior team members for follow-up.

• Maintain clear notes and keep client records up to date.

• Support the wider team with general member servicing and administrative tasks.
