What You'll Be Doing

Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standardLeading and supporting team members including juniorsTraining and developing staff to achieve outstanding resultsMonitoring store performance and meeting KPIsHandling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionallyFood preparation including deep fryer and grill operationCash handling and register operationKeeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitalityA natural leader who can motivate and support a teamGreat communication skills and a customer-first attitudeReliable, organised and able to perform under pressureFlexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidaysAttention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene
