What You’ll Be Doing

Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficientlyResponding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiriesBuilding strong, lasting customer relationshipsAssisting with pick packing to support timely deliveriesSupporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential)Strong communication skills — both verbal and writtenIntermediate computer skills and the ability to multitaskA proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
