About the Role

As a Section Waiter, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering warm, attentive service and creating memorable dining experiences from start to finish. Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams, you’ll ensure every service runs smoothly while upholding the high standards Restaurant Hubert is known for.

• Manage your own section with confidence throughout service
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage offerings
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
• Maintain exceptional service standards and presentation
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests professionally

About You

You’re a confident hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering genuine, polished service. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate well, and understand the importance of teamwork and attention to detail.

• Experience as a Section Waiter or Senior Waiter in a premium venue
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Excellent understanding of service flow and timing
• Well presented with a keen eye for detail
• A positive, collaborative approach to service and teamwork
