What You’ll Bring

• Pilates qualification (Mat or Reformer or Cert IV minimum – we support ongoing education too)

• Experience in delivering full body and layered classes to suit members at various levels. (Newcomers are welcomed)

• A growth mindset and desire to mentor or be mentored

• A love of movement and people – especially helping women thrive

The Details

• Our starting rate for newcomers is $56/hr inclusive progressing to $75.60/hr inclusive (Pilates Mentor level). Your experience will determine your starting rate

• Regular class blocks across 18 locations in WA

• Ongoing paid PD, mentoring, and clear career development

• Quarterly conversations & regular observations for growth

• Wellness & celebration events – because joy matters
