Marketing Technology Specialist

What you'll be doing
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Technology. You'll evolve our marketing technology capability and explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve our marketing and customer experience. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

As a Marketing Technology Specialist at Hastings Deering, you will:

• Optimise our marketing technology ecosystem, including websites, marketing automation, and connected digital platforms.
• Improve our website and digital experiences, working with developers to enhance website performance and functionality, UX, and conversions.
• Design and optimise marketing automation.
• Maximise CRM for segmentation and lead tracking;
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI for efficiency and effectiveness.

About you:
A successful teammate will have experience in:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or similar.
• 3+ years in a Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology role.
• Experience applying AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and customer experience.
• Expertise in managing websites, marketing automation platforms (DotDigital preferred), and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of CRM for segmentation and lead tracking.
• Solid knowledge of SEO and CRO strategies.
