About the role
Are you looking to build your career in Human Resources or take the next step in your HR journey? As our HR Administration Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional people services that support a positive employee experience across NWMPHN.
This is a varied hands-on role where you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to HR systems, reporting and other employee matters.
Working closely with a small and collaborative HR team, you'll help ensure our HR operations run smoothly, compliantly and efficiently while contributing to initiatives that improve processes, systems and service delivery.
This role is highly suitable for an early career professional eager to establish a career in HR. You will have a unique opportunity to develop your skills, work with HR systems and make a meaningful contribution to an organisation committed to improving health outcomes in our community.
