About Us
Tradewise Group is a leading commercial plumbing and hydraulic services company with its Head Office based in Western Sydney. We service a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients across New South Wales and Queensland, operating three business units:
Commercial Plumbing – Full suite of post-construction plumbing services.
Fire Services – Pumping system maintenance, repair, Fire Hydrant Project services.
Building Services Pumps – Installation, servicing, and repairs.
Our workforce includes skilled Plumbers, Fitters & Electricians who uphold our strong reputation for excellence, reliability and responsiveness.
The Opportunity
We are seeking to employ a Service Manager with wet Fire system experience to join our growing team. This role requires a professional who can work closely with the Fire Projects Field Technicians to ensure jobs and minor projects are delivered safely, compliant, on-time and on-budget.
Key Responsibilities
Working alongside/supervising a team of Tradespeople.
Estimating/quoting/tendering/job processing.
Administration/project management/reporting.
Reading and interpreting site plans and specifications.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring WHS and compliance standards are met onsite.
Qualifications and Skills
Trade qualified will be highly regarded.
Driver’s license (Mandatory).
Demonstrated experience in commercial trades environments.
Ability to manage work independently and within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of knowledge and experience with wet fire systems - particularly HYD systems.
