Working closely with the business owner, you will play a key role in establishing and growing the residential lending division while helping clients achieve their property goals.

As a Residential Mortgage Broker, you will:

• Manage residential lending enquiries from initial conversation through to settlement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

• Identify opportunities within the existing client base.

• Structure lending solutions across a range of residential products.

• Drive pipeline growth and convert opportunities into settled loans.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the residential division.

We are open to speaking with both junior and experienced brokers. More important than experience is finding someone who aligns with the culture and vision of the business.

You will ideally have:

• Experience within mortgage broking, banking or residential lending.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.

• The ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities.

• A desire to build a long-term career within a growing business.

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or a willingness to obtain it.
