Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining professional knowledgeable communication with customers

• Exceeding customer expectations to create the ultimate customer experience

• Liaising with internal personnel from various departments

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPI’s

Position Requirements:

• Previous customer facing sales experience (not essential)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Positive and energetic can-do attitude with strong focus on customer relations and service

• Computer literacy

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers

• Problem solving ability with commitment to create the ultimate customer satisfaction experience

• Good personal organisation skills with the ability to work in a team environment to meet required deadlines

• Attention to detail
