Our mission is simple: give business owners clarity, confidence and control over their finances, so they can spend more time growing their business and less time buried in admin.As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
The OpportunityThis isn't your typical bookkeeping role.
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and become a trusted part of their business. You'll help them stay organised, compliant and in control of their finances while working alongside our CFO and advisory team to deliver real value, not just reports.
You'll build relationships with business owners, solve problems, improve systems and genuinely make life easier for your clients.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries, including:Managing day-to-day bookkeeping in XeroAccounts payable and accounts receivableBank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliationsPayroll processing and STP complianceBAS preparation and lodgement supportSuperannuation processingMonth-end processing and management reportingMaintaining accurate financial records and journalsSupporting cash flow management and financial reportingWorking alongside our CFO team to deliver practical financial insightsResponding to client queries and becoming their trusted finance contactIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, automation and client processes
About YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as numbers.You'll ideally have:3+ years' bookkeeping experienceStrong Xero experience (essential)Experience managing payroll and STPExperience preparing BASExcellent reconciliation skillsStrong attention to detailGreat communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence working directly with business ownersA proactive mindset with the ability to work independentlyA desire to continually improve systems and processesCurious about AI, automation and modern technology, with a willingness to learn and adopt new ways of working.
