Casual Receptionist / Administration Assistant

At Footprints Podiatry Tasmania, we care for feet, but more importantly, we care for people.

We are a supportive and down-to-earth team looking for a Casual Receptionist / Administration Assistant to step in and support our clinics during periods of leave, sickness, and busy days.

Essential duties include phone answering, patient scheduling, data entry, payment processing, filing, and insurance claims.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of reception or administration experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, practice management software, EFTPOS systems, and email systems is required.

This casual position operates during business hours with a flexible schedule.
