About the Role

Join our Surgical Programs team and help keep ward operations organised, responsive and patient focused.

• Manage ward reception and general clerical support
• Support patient care and bed management
• Coordinate admin needs across multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate ward records and information

About You

You’ll bring a patient focused approach, strong organisation and the confidence to support a busy multidisciplinary ward team.

• Communicate well with patients, families and visitors
• Bring strong admin, numeracy, spelling and grammar skills
• Prioritise workloads and meet deadlines under pressure
• Use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Apply confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer service
