O Bagel at Southport is looking for a Team Leader working 5 days a week.

Hospitality experience is essential.

• Barista certification highly regarded
• Excellent milk steaming / latte art skills a big plus
• Supervising / leadership experience preferred

Barista-experienced candidates are prioritised, but we can provide training if needed.
A bright, positive attitude, big smile, and strong service mindset are highly valued.

Job Role (Team Leader Responsibilities):

• Lead shifts and support the team
• Manage roster and daily operations
• Ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Provide great customer service and handle issues
• Train and guide staff
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Working Days & Hours:

• Day shift / Morning shift

Job Types:

• Full-time, Casual

Pay:

• $33 – $39 per hour

Experience (Preferred):

• Barista: 1 year
• Customer service: 1 year
• Supervising: 1 year
