About the role
BSH is a Tasmanian-owned Electrical and Technologies company with a strong statewide presence. We're seeking two experienced Administrators to join our Service Division, based at our Hobart office:
• One full-time position (38 hours per week)
• One part-time position (25–30 hours per week)
We're looking for team players with a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Both positions involve:
• Coordinating technicians to complete maintenance contracts and daily service work
• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
• Assisting Project Managers with tender submissions
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Are comfortable managing competing deadlines and working under pressure
• Have good time management skills
• Are confident using multiple software packages concurrently
• Keen to build a strong working knowledge of our industry over time
• A Salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 pa plus 12% Superannuation (pro rata for part-time position)
