We're recruiting for:

·         Logistics Administration Officer

·         Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

Working within a collaborative operations team, you'll coordinate the daily dispatch of customer orders, liaise with freight providers, prepare shipping/freight documentation and ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

You'll work closely with our Production, Sales, Export and Quality teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Customer order processing

·         Dispatch scheduling

·         Freight coordination

·         Export documentation

·         Inventory and stock management

·        Liaison with transport providers

·        Preparation of invoices and consignment documentation

·        Continuous improvement initiatives

·        Supporting quality and food safety compliance
