The Role:

We fabricate and install a wide diversity of projects and work packages in both commercial and residential construction, these include:

• Balustrading & handrails

• Commercial and residential construction

• Perforated screens and facades

• Custom fencing, gates

• A wide variety of custom packages

As part of installation team you will work closely with our project team - which will provide strong project management support, detailed and accurate 3D drawings, and have strong workshop QC processes to ensure ease of installation.

Star Metal can offer extensive opportunities either as a permanent or casual employee or as a subcontractor for installation projects.

You:

• Minimum 3-5 years construction site experience leading the delivery of relevant works packages,

• Welding experience preferable but not essential, stainless steel welding experience well regarded but not essential,

• High Risk License with Boom ticket and/or rigging ticket preferable. 

• Ability to read architectural drawings.

• Able to work constructively with other onsite trades.

• Driving Licence required for role.
