Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) Volunteer

The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this opportunity on behalf of St Mary's House of Welcome.

Join our team and help us maximise the impact of our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) platform. We are seeking a volunteer with Salesforce experience who can help configure, improve, and maintain our CRM to support volunteer management, fundraising, donor engagement, and organisational reporting.

**Key Duties**

* Configure and customise Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud to meet organisational needs.
* Develop and improve workflows, automations, fields, reports, and dashboards.
* Support volunteer management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and reporting.
* Assist with fundraising and donor management configurations, including campaigns and supporter tracking.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
* Provide guidance and support to staff using Salesforce.
* Help document processes and develop simple user guides where required.

**Skills and Experience**

* Experience using and configuring Salesforce CRM, ideally within a nonprofit environment.
* Understanding of volunteer management, fundraising, donor relations, or community services.
* Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, flows, and automation tools.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with staff to develop practical solutions.
* Salesforce certifications and experience with Nonprofit Cloud or Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S) are highly desirable.
