Indooroopilly Montessori Children's House (IMCH) is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Early Childhood Educators to join our team across full-time, part-time and casual positions. Casual educators complement the team by providing vital support during programming time, lunch breaks and staff leave, helping maintain consistency and high‑quality care.

About Indooroopilly Montessori Children's House (IMCH)IMCH is a Montessori Early Learning Centre operating under Edmund Rice Education Australia Colleges Ltd. For over 30 years, we have provided Montessori education in the western suburbs of Brisbane, catering for children from 6 weeks to school entry age in a long day care setting.
Our Centre features:

All applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts (up to 8 hours) between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
About YouWe are seeking educators who have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Two professional references, preferably from an early childhood setting
A current National Child Safety Certificate, or a commitment to complete this mandatory training upon commencement of employment
A First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis management) (desirable but not essential)
A minimum of 1 year experience working with young children and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
An interest in, or willingness to learn about, Montessori education
Reliability, initiative and strong teamwork skills
The ability to build warm, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
