About the Role
Help give every child the best possible start to school.
We're looking for passionate Occupational Therapists or Speech Pathologists (Grade 2) to join Monash Health's School Readiness Program, with up to 1.0 EFT available across multiple positions. Part-time and full-time applications are welcome.
Working across kindergartens in Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia, you'll help build the capability of educators and families to support children's communication, motor skills, social and emotional wellbeing, and participation in everyday learning.
This is a unique opportunity to step beyond traditional one-to-one therapy and make a broader impact through coaching, collaboration and evidence-based early intervention. In this role, you will:
About the Child & Family Program
The Child and Family Program brings together Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Community Development Workers and many other allied health professionals to support children and families through early intervention and collaborative care.
Grounded in child and family-centred practice, evidence-based care and the Social Model of Health, we work alongside families, educators and communities to improve developmental outcomes and promote lifelong wellbeing.
About You
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working collaboratively with educators, families and communities. You'll bring:
