We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Operations Department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting safe, compliant and successful day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will:

• Provide visible leadership and support across each shift.
• Lead, coach and develop team members.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance.
• Allocate labour and resources effectively.
• Manage and resolve staff, member and guest concerns.
• Support events, projects and business initiatives.
• Promote a positive, respectful and accountable workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, RCG, food safety and organisational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service and commercial outcomes.
• You may work across venue operations, gaming, food and beverage, banquets, events and other operational areas as required.

About You
You will have:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, gaming, events or a licensed venue.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• A genuine commitment to customer and member service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across different departments and venues.

Essential

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Current NSW RCG Competency Card.
