What You Will Do

Consulting and selling amazing travel experiences to our customersService phone and email enquiry via our CRM platform (Salesforce) within agreed timelinesAttend regular training sessions for all aspects of the role – systems, land product, and updates from suppliersWork within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers and product managersWork towards individual and team KPIs to build business and incentives

What You Will Need

Minimum 12 months experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry roleYou will have a demonstrated ability to hit KPIs in a previous role Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Exceptional customer service Destination knowledge/recent travel experience to our main selling destinations (South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America etc). Travel experience is preferred but not essential, but at least a strong understanding and knowledge of the regions. Previous experience working in a call centre environment using CRM software (Salesforce) is preferred but not essential

This is a full-time position based in our new Melbourne CBD office in Docklands, based on working QLD AEST times.
